This collective exhibition was born from a desire by the Festival Images to bring together four artists: Gea Casolaro (Italy), Andrea Galvani (Italy), Fred Lebain (France) and Jason E. Powell (United States). Their works - each created in its own way - take existing images and reinsert them into their original setting. The artist then photographs the picture to create a story within a story. This photographic principle recently became hugely popular on the internet thanks to Taylor Jones’s (link) contribution-based Dear Photograph project, which will also be presented at the Festival.
