Public guided tours

Outdoor tour (45 minutes):

Saturday September 8: 12pm, 2pm and 4pm
Saturday September 15, 22 and 29: 2pm
Meeting point in front of the train station main hall in Vevey.

 

Indoor exhibition tour (45 minutes):

Saturdays September 8: 11am, 1pm and 3pm
Saturdays September 15, 22 and 29: 3pm
Meeting point at the Ex-EPA.

 

Bicycle tour (1 hour):

Friday September 14, 21 and 28: 6pm
Meeting point at velopass point, place de la Gare.
Bicycles for free from velopass

For families

Le Roulot’ographe
- Giant Camera Obscura open doors
Saturday September 8 and 15: 11am and 3pm
How does a camera works? Discover the Roulot'ograph, a caravan transformed into a giant camera obscura.

- Atelier camera obscura (from 8 years old) :
Sunday September 9 and 16: 11am to 3pm
Doing images with little boxes transformes into camera obscura and developp those pictures onsite, in the Roulot'ograph.

- Atelier family (one hour) :
Discover of the work of Phillip Kwame Apagya followed by a creative atelier.

Hare and hounds for children (from 6 year old) who want to discover in fun !
Information at the welcome desk of the train station, at the Ex-EPA ans in all exhibition spaces.

 

For schools

Booking for guided tours being available since august 15th, all options are already full. We thank you for your interest.

 

The Festival organizes educational activities - guided tours and meetings with the artists - for schools and high schools and offers teaching material (available in August) to prepare for the school’s visit of the Festival and use it later in the classroom.

Timing of the visits to be discussed with the teachers

Price: 40 CHF to 100 CHF depending on the visit

A presentation of the Festival, as well as the educational activities, will take place on Wednesday, September 5th at 2 pm. To attend this presentation, please contact: mediation@images.ch. (Installations will still be under construction, but some will be presented.)
