Images Vevey publishes its Livre d’Images

Conceived as a dictionary of visual experiences, Le Livre d’Images reviews some 250 projects produced by Images Vevey over the past 10 years with artists from over 38 countries. Richly illustrated, it tells in a simple way the stories of each of the series presented and the secrets of each scenography created outdoors or indoors.

A way to discover how to sleep with Alec Soth, play hide and seek with Liu Bolin, go to prison with John Baldessari, fly drones with Tadao Cern, shoot himself a self-portrait with JR, dive with Guido Mocafico, take a funeral train with Paul Fusco, travel back in time with Hans-Peter Feldmann, defend his copyright with René Burri, shop with Christian Patterson, climb up with Cindy Sherman or even get into a Martin Parr cliché.

A true panorama of international contemporary photography from an innovative and unexpected angle of over 600 pages. Publication planned for autumn 2018 in French and English.

Support the anniversary publication “Le Livre d’Images” (due out in autumn 2018), which traces some 300 projects produced by Images Vevey over the last ten years, by ordering a limited edition with a numbered and signed artist’s print.
