THE MOUTH OF TIME
The Mouth of Time is an immersive short film created specifically for Images Vevey. The film plunges the viewer into a space between two worlds, where reality teeters on the edge of illusion through a play of mise en abyme. Krijno uses mirrors to challenge perception and blur the boundary between the image and its interpretation. The sequences collide, intertwine and dissolve, creating an intense visual experience in which each image seems to conceal another. What is our relationship to the world and to community in an age of uncertainty? The Mouth of Time is a meditation on the nature of change, an invitation to explore the unknown not as a loss, but as a space for revelation and inspiration.

IN THE CAVE OF THE LOTUS EATER
In the Cave of the Lotus Eater is a video that captures a moment of transition: when the photographer leaves the place he once called home. Shot and edited in 24 hours, this short film evokes the way each frame preserves a precious memory before it fades away. At once an ode to endeavour, an intimate self-portrait and a reflection on memory, the work shows how the landscapes we pass through continue to exist within us, even after we have left them. Around the video, Krijno presents an interactive installation created specifically for L’Appartement: superimposed photographic prints for the public to lift and reveal. This gesture suggests that images are never static, but always in a state of transformation—shaped both by the person who creates them and the one who views them.
