Tereza Vlčková created A perfect day, Elise…, a series of ethereal girls floating in mountainous landscapes in the Czech Republic. With their elegant dresses and white socks, they radiate an almost virgin purity. Displayed between the pillars of a covered market square, the installation restituted a sense of strange weightlessness. The strong artificial lighting, for instance, leaves some doubt as to whether the artist shot these images in a studio or in a natural setting, questioning the testimonial value of the photographic act.
