These pictures are then printed on instant film using a printer developed by Polaroid itself. From one image to the next, the couple looks different each time, blurring any sense of reality. By subverting the Polaroid — the ultimate symbol of authenticity — the project questions the reliability of the photographic medium in the age of generative AI.
