The Other Shore
The Other Shore
For his first exhibition in Switzerland at Espace Images, Nikita Pirogov presented The Other Shore, made near Saint Petersburg. He describes this series as a sensory journal. His truly visual poems are intended to weave bonds between people, their environment and the arts, with a view to reducing the communication gaps typical of contemporary societies. In addition to his photography practice, Pirogov also develops a sizeable amount of poetic productions in the form of collections, or reading performances during launch ceremonies.
