Out of Focus
Peter Olpe conceives and crafts pinhole cameras, optical devices inspired by camera obscura. In 2009, the photographer brought his collection to the Swiss Camera Museum and invited 30 Swiss artists to try out his prototypes – some of which were created to suit their individual requirements. Olpe’s Out of Focus exhibition combined his own pinhole camera views with the images produced by the photographers entrusted with his equipment.
