Zig Zag Stoel, Rodeo Z & Schlafbrille

Zilla Leutenegger makes drawings and installations to reenact intimate or domestic scenes. She stages herself playing out funny and affectionate stories illustrating her relationship to the world. The Musée Jenisch Vevey hosted Zig Zag Stoel and Rodeo Z, two interactive installations inspired by the codes of an American Western, while her monumental drawing Schlafbrille on the facade of the local fire station was lit up at night, extending the reflection about inner and outer spheres, about enacting and drawing out onto the street.
