In 2026, for the Biennale’s 10th edition, JR returns to mark the 15th anniversary of the Inside Out Project, with some staggering numbers: since 2011, over 600,000 people across 154 countries have taken part in 3,013 participatory events. For this monumental new edition of the project, JR invites the public to be immortalized inside a mobile photo booth, before displaying the photos inside the empty Salle del Castillo. Centred on the theme ‘We are family!’, the installation places more than 800 portraits of visitors at the heart of the event, reminding us that you are the family!
