Stefanie Seufert’s artistic practice unfolds within her immediate surroundings. For Others, the artist turned her attention to the tits that are abundant in Berlin. Between 2024 and 2026, she set up a mobile photographic studio in an urban park. Armed with her film camera, Seufert spent several days waiting for the decisive moment to capture the birds in a fraction of a second. The series explores the coexistence of humankind and ‘other’ living beings. Situated next to the former aviary at the Château de l’Aile, the installation transports our winged neighbours from Berlin to the heart of Vevey.
