Britain in the 1980s and 1990s was characterised by the radical measures of Margaret Thatcher’s conservative policies. In this context, Sunil Gupta documented social protests between 1985 and 1995. Through a direct approach, the activist photographer, who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community, captures gestures of solidarity and signs of belonging. Occupying a symbolic and politic location in Vevey, Come Out celebrates a chosen family, forged through collective mobilization and shared values.

Sunil Gupta also presents the project Lovers, Revisited with Charan Singh at the Salon Clara Haskil in the Salle del Castillo.
